Position Summary:
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing multi-unit restaurant performance, driving operational consistency, and achieving strong financial results across all locations. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams, implement scalable systems, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and brand standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to drive accountability and performance
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L, labor, and food costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Establish and enforce operational systems, processes, and best practices to support efficiency and scalability
- Drive revenue growth through local marketing initiatives, operational improvements, and guest experience enhancements
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, coach teams, and ensure execution of company standards
- Oversee staffing strategies, including recruiting, training, and retention across all locations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning, expansion, and new store openings
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve overall performance
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of restaurant management experience, including multi-unit leadership
- Proven track record of managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills in a high-volume environment
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulations
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed
