Title of Position: Restaurant District Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant District Manager will direct and be responsible for operations of three-five restaurants within an assigned region. The Restaurant District Manager must bring a smile and positive attitude to work daily. They must ensure customer satisfaction is consistently the top priority. The Restaurant District Manager must know how to build a strong effective team and lead them towards a common goal. Ensure direct reports accomplish all required administrative responsibilities punctually and properly. The Restaurant District Manager manages the operational practices of all stores ensuring each run smoothly, exceeds health code standards and meets any budget and sales goals while complying with any marketing campaigns, promotions, and community events.

- Proven multi-unit leadership experience with 3+ years managing multiple, high-volume restaurants.
