Front of House (FOH) Manager – Restaurant (Deer Park, NY)

A high-volume casual dining restaurant in Deer Park, NY is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support a strong, team-focused culture. This role is responsible for overseeing all FOH functions including service execution, staff leadership, and floor management to ensure an efficient and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff

Qualifications:
  • 2–5+ years of FOH or restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage guest relations and resolve issues under pressure
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination
  • Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
