Compensation: $70,000 - $80,00 Base

Now interviewing for restaurant leaders in Manhattan Beach to drive our locations employee engagement, guest relations, and overall financial health. We are looking to recruit magnetic, passionate, experienced, and motivated leaders to join our family for both existing projects and the potential for new concepts on the horizon.

What you bring to the table

• Strong beverage skills are necessary for wine, spirits, and beer.
• A qualified candidate must possess three years of experience managing in a chef-driven/formal dining restaurant.
• You are a leader who has a strong desire to be a mentor to servers who get excited about showing our Guests what’s new on the menu, bartenders who believe in the integrity of a well-constructed, hand-crafted/from-scratch made cocktail, bussers/runners who learn something new about the menu on every shift or hosts that Guests can’t help but smile at than you share our vision.
• You have successfully driven results through direct reports, are adept at navigating the financial components of restaurant management, and have a track record of building passionate disciples amongst the hourly crew and salaried leadership alike.
• You're the type of leader who can’t help but cultivate that type of culture and refuses to accept anything less
• Possessing a high level of understanding in operations, excellent communication & organizational skills, ability to multi-task & delegate effectively, drive financial results and possess a proven track record of mentoring crew & peers alike
