Adam Cole started off his 20-year culinary career in his hometown of Pittsburg, Kansas. In 2009, he moved to Kansas City to attend and graduate from culinary school at The Art Institute of Kansas City. After culinary school, he started cooking at various restaurants doing mediterranean, French and Cajun cuisines. For his last few years in Kansas City, he worked at Blue Hills Country Club as a Sous Chef then promoted to Chef de Cuisine. In 2016, he relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii to continue his culinary career in the Aloha state. He started off by working for renowned Chef Alan Wong and his restaurant off of King Street, then working at Maui Brewing Co in Waikiki, and his remaining years on the island was at a Disney property called Aulani where he worked as a Sous Chef then Banquet Chef. On his time off he enjoys the outdoors for water sports, hiking and bicycling.
