Andrea Mancil joins Gecko Hospitality as an Executive Recruiter for the restaurant industry with over eighteen years experience as either crew, GM or owner/operator in both a corporate-owned and franchised restaurant environment. She has operated in fast-food, catering, casual and fine dining, therefore understanding the unique staffing needs of these various environments. She’s a native Atlantan with a business & economics background from Georgia Tech and a Masters in Risk Management from Georgia State University. Prior to the restaurant world, Andrea worked in Banking & Insurance and later HR sales. She easily builds relationships and keenly uncovers the skill sets, personalities and drivers of her candidates. She carefully listens to her clients’ needs, time frames and expectations so as to properly place the right candidates.
