Brett Manning began his twenty two year career in the hospitality industry in 1987. His career started as a Room Service Server with the Marriott Corporation and finished as a Director of Food and Beverage with Starwood Hotels. He had the opportunity to be part of five hotel openings with several hotel brands. The highlight of his hotel opening team was with the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, Texas. His hotel career allowed him to travel and work in several states; Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Texas. When not working, Brett enjoys camping and college athletics. Brett was born and raised in Michigan.
