Meet Our Team

Cindi’s restaurant roots go back to cleaning tables and making hamburgers in her Aunt and Uncle’s tavern during summer vacations as a kid. Those early experiences taught her the value of hard work and sparked a career with the Houlihan’s company which led her to 17 successful years with T.G.I. Friday’s, where she gained extensive experience in restaurant operations, management, and administration.

Today, Cindi brings more than a decade of experience with Gecko Hospitality to the Corporate Recruiting Team. She began her Gecko career supporting the New York franchise office for five years before spending seven years with another franchise partner serving Indiana and South Texas. Now in a Corporate support role, she uses her restaurant background, administrative expertise, and passion for helping others to support recruiters, clients, and candidates across the organization.

In her spare time, Cindi enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and furkids, along with checking adventures off her bucket list. She values the simple things in life and enjoys creating fun memories with the people she loves.
