Dotty Moses is the recruiter for Central and Southern Ohio and Kentucky, assisting her husband Tom Moses as a franchise partner. Dotty and Tom both grew up in Ohio where they met prior to starting their journey in hospitality. They have been married over 35 years and relocated over 20 times and know the restaurant industry very well. Dotty was an office manager for a large dental practice for 14 years in South Carolina and understands the importance of personality, energy and passion. She will be assisting in sourcing candidates, recruiting and many more aspects of matching clients and candidates.
They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren and when they are not spending time with them, you will usually find them on the lake, at a baseball game or antiquing.
