Erlin Evangelista Moya brings 28 years of comprehensive experience in the hospitality industry. She began her career at the corporate offices of Bristol Hotels & Resorts (now IHG Hotels) and subsequently advanced into leadership roles across multiple departments, including housekeeping, front desk, night audit, guest services, accounting, reservations, revenue management, sales and eventually became a general manager. Her results-driven, practical leadership has consistently turned around underperforming properties and brought them to—or above—expected standards.
Erlin has a proven track record in planning and overseeing large-scale renovations, implementing system upgrades, repositioning properties within competitive markets, cultivating strong client relationships, and training and developing team members at all levels. She was honored to serve as a hotel panelist at HelmsBriscoe’s Southwest Conference and, as a trusted partner of Amadeus Hospitality, was invited to speak at their national sales convention, where she shared key insights into on-property hotel operations.
