Jessie grew up in the restaurant industry spending her childhood in her Father’s restaurant. She has 15 years’ experience working her way up through different restaurant concepts from hourly positions to management level and then into corporate roles.
Jessie found her passion for training during new restaurant openings and was able to hone in on her skills as a talent nurturer and people developer. Jessie has a natural ability to make honest connections with people that turn into lasting relationships.
In her free time, Jessie enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
