Jill is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management. She led and managed all aspects of people and culture, including recruiting to retainment strategies. She is a champion of leadership development and is a strong communicator and excels in building relationships at all levels of teams. Jill's experience spans employee relations, change management, talent acquisition and retention, employee performance, training, and coaching. Jill brings a balanced approach of operational efficiency and client experience.
