Kelsey Jones is a seasoned hospitality leader, bringing over two decades of hotel operations and leadership experience to talent acquisition. She has worked with leading brands including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, and Disney, developing a deep understanding of the skills and dedication needed to excel in the industry. Kelsey has held roles at every level, starting as a Front Desk Agent working her way up to General Manager and on to Director of People, giving her a unique perspective on both frontline and leadership needs.  Throughout her career, Kelsey has successfully opened new properties, built high-performing teams, and implemented training programs that elevate both employee performance and guest satisfaction. Her certifications, including Marriott and Hyatt GM credentials and Disney Leadership training, reflect her commitment to operational excellence. Now, Kelsey leverages her firsthand industry expertise to connect exceptional hospitality professionals with the right opportunities, helping organizations strengthen their teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
