Kevin, originally from Columbus, Ohio, discovered his passion while working part-time as a Front Desk Agent during college. After graduation, he swiftly climbed the ranks from Operations Manager to Director of Room Operations at a Las Vegas Marriott, then to an Assistant GM at a Hilton property in Dallas. He gained a taste for the Full-Service environment during a stint with Omni Hotels, leading to his role as General Manager at Mansfield National Golf Club, where he successfully elevated F&B sales and quality, garnering positive online reviews.
With a strong focus on generating sales, maintaining service standards, and tight P&L management, he moved through GM roles with Arcis Golf. Kevin later excelled in the role of General Manager of Weymouth Country Club, located just outside Cleveland, Ohio.
