Natalie Melendy is an accomplished hospitality and operations professional with over a decade of leadership experience across fine dining, events, and executive management. She began her career at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse while studying business and hospitality management at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa and Shidler School of Business— later advancing into key roles at Halekulani’s Orchids Restaurant and Pesca Waikiki, where she managed high-end events and led service teams recognized for excellence. As Executive Director at Unibody Autotech Collision, she oversaw multimillion-dollar operations, recruitment, accounting, HR and process improvements that increased overall efficiency. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to identify and develop top talent, Natalie brings a deep understanding of the hospitality culture in Hawai’i and team dynamics, helping organizations build strong, service-driven teams that deliver exceptional results.
