We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join a fast-casual dining team focused on providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining operational excellence. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations while mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service.
Supervise, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes for staff.
Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business needs and optimize efficiency.
Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Ensure inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the General Manager on achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Uphold brand standards and ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Lead by example in all aspects of operations, creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or food service industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of financial management, including labor cost control and inventory management.
Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
