Qualifications

 

The ideal candidates will bring:
 

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong skills in team management and motivation
  • Expertise in restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities with a professional approach to solving challenges
  • Proven experience in implementing company policies and driving results
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)


Key Responsibilities

 

As a leader in our restaurant, you will:
 

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service in both front-of-house and kitchen areas
  • Coach, lead, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards
  • Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and drive overall restaurant profitability
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for success and growth
  • Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling to build and maintain a high-performing team
