What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- A proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams
- Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to implement company policies and achieve goals
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)
Your Key Responsibilities
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be instrumental in:
- Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating staff to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Upholding company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
- Addressing guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and operational improvements
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a high-performing team
