Qualifications

The ideal candidates will bring:

- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong skills in team management and motivation
- Expertise in restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities with a professional approach to solving challenges
- Proven experience in implementing company policies and driving results
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities

As a leader in our restaurant, you will:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service in both front-of-house and kitchen areas
- Coach, lead, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards
- Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and drive overall restaurant profitability
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for success and growth
- Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling to build and maintain a high-performing team
