What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • A proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service and conflict resolution
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to implement company policies and achieve goals
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not required)

Your Key Responsibilities

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll be instrumental in:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating staff to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Upholding company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a high-performing team
