Are you a passionate, experienced leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an upbeat, energetic, and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the front-of-house runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling servers, hosts, and bar staff.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality control.
• Creating floor plans, handling daily cash-outs, distributing tips, and completing daily reports.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through table visits and fostering excellent guest relations.
• Training and onboarding team members while adhering to company standards.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless back-of-house communication and food quality.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, promoting food safety and workplace safety practices.
• Representing the brand positively and fostering a fun, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

You'll report to and support the General Manager, working as an integral part of our leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have a winning attitude and a passion for hospitality! To qualify, you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a salaried manager in a full-service restaurant with annual sales of $3M or more.
• Strong scheduling and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety (ServSafe certification preferred) and bar operations.
• Experience with alcohol purchasing and service.
• The flexibility and willingness to travel for company-paid training.
