District Manager – Fast-Growing QSR Restaurant

What You’ll Do:

As a District Manager, your role will be dynamic and diverse. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee Performance: Manage daily operations across multiple units to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Fiscal Oversight: Monitor budgets, sales targets, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Training & Development: Inspire and mentor team members to grow personally and professionally.
• Quality Control: Maintain top-tier product standards while elevating the guest experience.
• Regulatory Compliance: Conduct routine audits to ensure all locations meet health, safety, and company regulations.
• Food Safety: Champion ServSafe practices to maintain compliance with food quality and cleanliness.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and restaurant facilities are operating optimally.
• Drive Excellence: Analyze guest feedback to nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

• Experience: At least 3 years managing multiple locations, ideally in the QSR or restaurant industry.
• Drive-Thru Expertise: Familiarity with drive-thru operations is highly preferred.
• Certification: ServSafe certification required.
