We're looking for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. Get ready to oversee 3-5 restaurant locations while creating a fun, energetic, and rewarding environment for both your staff and customers.
What You’ll Do:
As a District Manager, your role will be dynamic and diverse. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee Performance: Manage daily operations across multiple units to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Fiscal Oversight: Monitor budgets, sales targets, and costs to maximize profitability.
- Training & Development: Inspire and mentor team members to grow personally and professionally.
- Quality Control: Maintain top-tier product standards while elevating the guest experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Conduct routine audits to ensure all locations meet health, safety, and company regulations.
- Food Safety: Champion ServSafe practices to maintain compliance with food quality and cleanliness.
- Equipment & Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and restaurant facilities are operating optimally.
- Drive Excellence: Analyze guest feedback to nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

- Experience: At least 3 years managing multiple locations, ideally in the QSR or restaurant industry.
- Drive-Thru Expertise: Familiarity with drive-thru operations is highly preferred.
- Certification: ServSafe certification required.
