Your Responsibilities

 

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll take a leadership role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and a positive workplace environment. Key duties include:
 

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant activities to uphold quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

 
  • At least 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing financials, inventory, and team performance.
  • Passion for the restaurant industry with a focus on personal and professional growth.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
