Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume steakhouse setting.
- Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top performance and teamwork.
- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs by managing orders, receiving shipments, and minimizing waste.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and plan special promotions.
- Perform regular equipment checks, addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a steakhouse.
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety guidelines and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
