We're seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our North Salt Lake City team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Deep understanding of customer preferences and current industry trends
• Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while managing expenses
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Calm under pressure with excellent conflict-resolution skills
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays

Your Role:

As the Restaurant Manager in our North Salt Lake City location, you will:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff oversight, workflow efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service
• Lead, train, and inspire a team to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and control costs, driving overall profitability
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve issues promptly, and create WOW-worthy guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food quality, and sanitation standards
• Conduct regular team performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and oversee ongoing training programs
