Salary: $65,000-$70,000

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with a drive for success
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach a team
• Superior customer service skills and hospitality focus
• ServSafe Certification
• High energy shift skills with a proven record of high performance

As the General Manager at our Phoenix location, your responsibilities will include:

• Upholding our Pizza Principles and brand values
• Ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience
• Communicating effectively and listening attentively
• Showcasing exemplary leadership skills and coaching when necessary
• Going above and beyond for each guest to create memorable experiences

Working as a General Manager at our Phoenix location, you'll play an integral part in our team, embodying our commitment to hospitality and creating a positive work environment. You'll lead by example, demonstrating that hospitality starts with being hospitable yourself.
