• Ensure flawless execution of all visual directives.
• Collaborate on the execution of the location’s business plan with the General Manager and District Manager/Regional Director.
• Meet financial objectives, including payroll management.
• Enhance brand loyalty through sales leadership, coaching, and customer engagement.
• Maintain operational standards to protect the location's assets and achieve shrink goals.
