Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and creative Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in Gardner, MA. As a Sous Chef, you’ll be the right-hand to our Executive Chef, taking charge when needed and ensuring the highest standards in culinary excellence. This role demands leadership, organization, and a passion for the art of cooking. You’ll have the opportunity to step up as the Executive Chef's deputy, with responsibilities that are foundational for career progression. Your expertise will span all kitchen operations, serving as a bridge between the front and back of house with robust communication skills.
