Salary: Up to $75,000.00 base (commensurate with experience). Total Package $85,000.00 to $100,000.00+, including Paid Housing & Benefit Package

Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of current experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Proven past hotel sales experience.
• Ability to relocate to Springdale, UT before starting work.
• Commitment to work in person in Springdale, UT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel in Springdale, UT, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and manage staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the hotel.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance service offerings.
• Establish and meet financial and operational goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
