About the Role:

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key leader, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while upholding the highest standards of quality and service. You’ll mentor and inspire your team, address challenges with professionalism, and cultivate memorable guest experiences. Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, ensuring flawless service and high-quality standards
• Assist the General Manager with recruiting, training, and team development
• Address guest feedback and resolve team concerns with efficiency and care
• Foster a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and employees
• Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational accuracy
• Support front-of-house operations, maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality control

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of management experience in upscale casual dining
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required)
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide your team
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and operational regulations
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
