Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our restaurant’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Operational Leadership: Oversee shifts, maintain high food standards, and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Team Development: Mentor, train, and motivate staff to excel in their roles and achieve their full potential.
• Business Management: Manage inventory, optimize food costs, and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
• Community Engagement: Represent the restaurant through local marketing efforts and by building strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic leader who is passionate about growth, teamwork, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
 

• Experience: 5+ years in the restaurant industry, including at least 2 years in a management role (experience in fast-service is a plus).
• Leadership Skills: A proactive, energetic leader with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Customer Service Focus: Friendly, approachable, and committed to creating an excellent dining experience.
• Key Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
