Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

- Create and implement menu items that reflect culinary trends and align with customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain efficient kitchen functionality.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster growth and maintain a motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or an equivalent culinary leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
