What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by actively participating in service during all operating hours
• Host pre-shift team meetings to align the team and drive a positive service culture
• Hire, train, and manage hourly team members with a focus on development and retention
• Deliver outstanding guest service that boosts satisfaction and check averages
• Foster relationships with regular clientele and promote a welcoming environment
• Drive labor efficiency and monitor operational performance
• Champion ongoing learning and uphold high standards in food and beverage execution

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or QSR GM)
• Strong leadership presence with a proven track record of training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of financials and restaurant operations
