Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager would support the General Manager during daily operations, manage shifts to ensure company standards are maintained. It would also help develop, supervise and monitor all team members. The Restaurant Manager will perform operational activities such as inventory control, scheduling, sanitation, planning and maintaining stock and monitoring food supplies, and would also communicate and adhere to all company policies and procedures. The Restaurant Manager is encouraged to drive sales, coach and motivate, and train and develop employees to be their best.

Qualifications

· The Restaurant Manager should possess 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience

· The Restaurant Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people

· The Restaurant Manager should have a proven track record of achieving financial results

· The Restaurant Manager should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest orientated philosophy
