Our restaurant is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations and work alongside a committed team in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Located in a picturesque coastal town, our restaurant combines culinary excellence with a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a favorite destination for locals and tourists alike.

About the Role

As our FOH Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Lead and Inspire our front-of-house team of servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Ensure Outstanding Service, maintaining all steps of service to craft unforgettable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with the Back-of-House Team to ensure smooth operations restaurant-wide.
• Oversee Key Operations, including scheduling, training, cash handling, and POS management.
• Maintain Standards of Excellence, focusing on attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining ($2M+ in annual sales).
• Proven skills in leadership and team management.
• A strong knowledge of wine and fine dining service (a plus, though not required).
• A keen eye for details and a passion for delivering excellence across all facets of service.
• Open availability, as this role requires adaptability in scheduling.
