What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of our bustling restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
• Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver top-notch service and unforgettable experiences.
• Ensure operational excellence, from front-of-house to back-of-house, maintaining high standards for food, service, and atmosphere.
• Drive revenue through event coordination, guest engagement, and innovative promotions.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and vendor relationships to keep things running smoothly.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue.
• Proven leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong business acumen, with experience in P&L management, cost control, and driving sales.
• Event management experience is a plus – you thrive in creating memorable moments!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a cool head under pressure.
