What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and service pros to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, community engagement, and building customer loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make sure we hit (and exceed) our goals.
• Keep the dining room buzzing and full of happy, satisfied guests.
• Team up with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and top-notch quality.
