As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our vision—leading a talented team, maintaining the highest standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Your Role

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Inspire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, results-driven culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every interaction.
• Manage operations, achieve financial goals, and continuously improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years old with 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience in fast-casual or full-service dining.
• Certifications in Food Handling and Alcoholic Beverage Service (TABC/BASSET preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (generating $3M+ in annual sales) while adhering to food safety regulations.
