What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Kitchen: Manage and inspire a team of 20+ talented back-of-house staff, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Craft Exceptional Cuisine: Oversee the preparation of expertly crafted sushi and all Pan-Asian dishes, maintaining culinary excellence and authentic flavors.
  • Quality Control: Implement and uphold the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and consistency.
  • Training and Development: Serve as a hands-on leader to train and mentor staff, fostering growth and skill development within your team.
  • Operational Oversight: Develop schedules, manage inventory, control costs, and maintain an efficient kitchen operation.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with ownership and front-of-house management to create seasonal menus and innovative concepts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Executive Chef Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in an Executive Chef role, preferably in sushi and Pan-Asian cuisine.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team of 20+ employees in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of sushi preparation, knife techniques, and Pan-Asian cooking methods.
