District Manager – Multi-Unit Leadership | Fast-Paced Restaurant Group

Location: Topeka, KS & Surrounding Areas

Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 base + bonus + car allowance + benefits

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead 5–8 locations with full P&L responsibility
• Hire, train, and develop store managers and future leaders
• Drive operational excellence, food safety, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
• Analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Must live in Topeks, KS or willing to relocate
• 2–4+ years of multi-unit leadership in QSR, fast-casual, or retail
• Proven ability to manage teams, costs, and customer experience at scale
• Strong understanding of labor controls, food cost, and scheduling tools
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to coach teams to peak performance
• Willingness to travel locally between stores (company car allowance provided)
