We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our full-service, casual-upscale restaurant located in our 25-room independent hotel in Brunswick, Maine. We are a full-service casual upscale restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. Our focus is on delivering outstanding food, service, and ambiance that leaves an impression on every guest. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing our team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability. We are looking for an experienced leader who can inspire their team to deliver exceptional experiences while also maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial success.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on long-term profitability and customer retention.
- Proactively monitor and analyze inventory usage, forecast supply needs accurately, and implement cost-saving measures to effectively control expenses and minimize wastage.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, continuously reviewing and updating protocols to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to create memorable dining experiences, emphasizing high-quality food preparation, presentation, and outstanding service.
- Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example, cultivating a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth within the workplace.
- Optimize workforce management by efficiently overseeing scheduling, payroll, and ongoing performance evaluations, while offering constructive feedback and opportunities for professional development that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and profitability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by constantly researching and incorporating innovative ideas into menu design, ingredient selection, and service offerings to keep guests engaged and returning for more.
