Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers by assuring them that they are motivating the team to work hard, be enthusiastic and to be excited about the restaurant industry. The Restaurant General Manager must be able to mentor and develop other managers, as well as supervise and motivate the staff.
