Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, ideally in high-end bar operations.
• Strong expertise in bar management, financial planning, marketing, and inventory control.
• A track record of driving business growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage teams and guests alike.
• Certifications in food safety and alcohol service are a plus.
• High energy, motivation, and a passion for excellence.
