Regional Recruiting and Training Manager – New Jersey

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Recruiting and Training Manager to support talent acquisition and team development across multiple high-volume restaurant locations in New Jersey. This role is critical to building a strong, service-driven culture by sourcing top-tier talent and delivering comprehensive training programs that reflect brand standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and management-level positions across multiple restaurant locations
  • Develop and execute regional hiring strategies to attract and retain high-performing team members
  • Partner with General Managers and Area Leadership to identify staffing needs and ensure timely onboarding
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for FOH and BOH team members
  • Facilitate hands-on and classroom training sessions focused on guest service, food safety, compliance, and operational standards
  • Maintain consistent training documentation, progress tracking, and performance assessments for new hires
  • Ensure all new employees are trained to meet brand, service, and safety expectations
  • Coach and support managers in team development, ongoing staff training, and performance management
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by fostering a strong and inclusive workplace culture
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting and training metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in multi-unit recruiting, training, or HR leadership within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train high-volume teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of FOH/BOH operations, guest service, and food safety protocols
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
  • Willingness to travel throughout New Jersey to support restaurant locations as needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), training platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
