Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base, with first-year performance-based commissions/bonuses of $20,000 - $30,000. (Second-year total compensation potential: $120,000 - $150,000)

As a Franchise Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our franchise development efforts, managing the entire sales lifecycle—from identifying and recruiting top-tier franchise candidates to onboarding them as successful franchisees. You’ll work closely with internal teams, leverage market insights, and ensure compliance with legal and brand standards to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Job Qualifications
As a Marketing and Sales Rep based in Scottsdale, AZ, we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of operations, sales and marketing experience, preferably in franchising, hospitality, retail, or related industries.
- Proven success in delivering restaurant sales growth or developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations or retail operations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive.
- Previous experience working in franchise brands or as a General Manager or Operations Manager in a franchise-based system is significant (e.g., GMs, Assistant Managers, or Operations leaders franchise restaurants or retail brands).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Identify and evaluate potential franchisees through diverse channels, including online marketing, trade shows, referrals, and networking.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with brand values and franchise requirements.
- Sales Process Management:
- Guide candidates through every step of the franchise journey, from initial calls and applications to legal disclosures (FDD), observation days, and final agreement signing.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospective franchisees and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the franchise network.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all franchise sales activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and brand standards.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports to management.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support franchise development and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
