What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a motivated, hospitality-focused leader who embodies the following:
- 1–2 years of management experience in upscale casual dining
- A degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
- A passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with local and national health codes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- The stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Your Role as Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team atmosphere
- Assisting the General Manager with hiring, training, and leadership development, including overseeing Manager-in-Training and Certified Trainer programs
- Resolving guest and team concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Managing front-of-house operations, including quality control, food safety, and sanitation
- Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for both guests and team members
- Overseeing budgets and financial performance to align with restaurant goals
- Supporting team growth and fostering professional development
