What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a motivated, hospitality-focused leader who embodies the following:

  • 1–2 years of management experience in upscale casual dining
  • A degree in Hospitality Management (preferred but not required)
  • A passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Familiarity with local and national health codes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • The stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team atmosphere
  • Assisting the General Manager with hiring, training, and leadership development, including overseeing Manager-in-Training and Certified Trainer programs
  • Resolving guest and team concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Managing front-of-house operations, including quality control, food safety, and sanitation
  • Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for both guests and team members
  • Overseeing budgets and financial performance to align with restaurant goals
  • Supporting team growth and fostering professional development
