General Manager - Hospitality Leadership Role

What You’ll Do

• Lead hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities management, ensuring every department exceeds expectations
• Develop and execute strategic plans focused on achieving occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
• Oversee budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
• Collaborate on sales strategies and marketing initiatives, building strong partnerships with corporate clients and community leaders
• Champion guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and ensuring high service standards are consistently met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and local, state, and federal laws
• Act as a property ambassador, engaging with the local community and building strong relationships

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of five years of hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success
• Experience in group sales is a plus
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a team-focused, guest-centric environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays
