General Manager - Hospitality Leadership Role

What You’ll Do
- Lead hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and facilities management, ensuring every department exceeds expectations
- Develop and execute strategic plans focused on achieving occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
- Oversee budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
- Collaborate on sales strategies and marketing initiatives, building strong partnerships with corporate clients and community leaders
- Champion guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and ensuring high service standards are consistently met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and local, state, and federal laws
- Act as a property ambassador, engaging with the local community and building strong relationships
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of five years of hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in group sales is a plus
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a team-focused, guest-centric environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays
