Salary: $100K - $140K + 20% Bonus + Relocation Assistance






Job Summary


The Hotel Director of Outlets is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the management and operations of all food and beverage outlets within the property. This individual will ensure an exceptional guest experience, drive revenue growth, manage budgets efficiently, and lead a diverse team of professionals. The role requires a visionary leader with passion for hospitality, a strategic approach to optimizing operations, and a commitment to upholding industry-leading service standards.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and elevate brand standards.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all outlets.
  • Evaluate workflow and operational efficiencies, recommending process improvements to maximize productivity.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, ensuring alignment with the hotel's financial objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, including forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost management.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and introduce innovative promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure that individual and team goals are met or exceeded.
  • Organize and lead regular staff meetings to align on goals, performance targets, and service standards.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure all outlets consistently deliver exceptional service to exceed guest expectations.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a guest-centric ethos across all outlets, setting the tone for superior hospitality experiences.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with senior management and other department heads to align outlet operations with the hotel’s vision and goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Spearhead new outlet concepts, menu development, and service innovations.


Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience within food and beverage operations, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and execute strategic plans that drive revenue and improve operational performance.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations for food and beverage operations.
  • Proficient in modern hospitality technology and software tools.
