Your Role as Executive Chef

As our Executive Chef, you’ll oversee culinary operations for a high-profile contract food service concept near Charlotte, NC. This is your opportunity to lead with vision, earn a competitive salary of up to $80,000, and leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for recipes, portioning, and presentation.
  • Design and adjust menus to reflect culinary trends and operational needs.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and ensure a clean, compliant kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of food cost control, kitchen operations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Leadership: Excellent organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
