About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations near Charlotte, NC. This role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on client satisfaction to ensure top-tier food service in every aspect of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dining operations to deliver outstanding quality and customer service.
• Lead, train, and inspire food service teams to achieve peak performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring goals and expectations are consistently met.
• Develop and implement processes, policies, and programs to drive operational success.
• Oversee budgets, financials, and staff evaluations with precision.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing multi-unit food service operations.
• Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, expertise in team development, and excellent problem-solving skills.
