What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- Experience: 3–5 years of leadership in the restaurant industry.
- Leadership skills: A proven ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire teams.
- Operational expertise: Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost controls, and food safety compliance.
- Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
- A results-driven mindset: Goal-oriented with a focus on implementing policies and achieving targets.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Education (preferred): A degree or certification in hospitality management.
Your Role as Kitchen Manager
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by:
- Overseeing all kitchen operations to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
- Leading, inspiring, and supporting your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.
- Managing inventory, monitoring costs, and driving profitability.
- Resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop strategies for growth and operational improvement.
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team.
