Job Qualifications

To excel as the Quick Service Restaurant District Manager in Northern Utah, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit operations experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR).
  • A minimum of 6 years of restaurant management experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, ensure adherence to company values, and demonstrate exceptional leadership.
  • Strong operational knowledge, including sales performance, cost management, and labor optimization.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence across multiple locations.
  • Ability to work effectively with flexibility in location (must be based in Salt Lake City or north).


Job Responsibilities


As the Quick Service Restaurant District Manager in Northern Utah, you will oversee operations across eight locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and driving performance excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Operations: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, financial results (sales and cost of goods management), guest relations, and marketing strategies to consistently exceed metrics.
  • Develop Talent: Support training initiatives to enhance staff capabilities in safety procedures, product consistency, cleanliness, friendliness, and service accuracy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on the daily business review status and provide necessary guidance to meet goals.
  • Scheduling Excellence: Ensure effective staffing strategies and proper scheduling to maintain productivity and service levels.
  • Champion Communication: Act as a bridge between restaurant teams and the support center, fostering clear communication to drive goals and collaborative problem-solving.
