The Food & Beverage Manager collaborates with the Senior F&B Management team to oversee key operational areas, including associate relations, recruitment, training, purchasing, inventory management, payroll, and guest service. This position is responsible for managing Hotel In-Room Dining, Breakfast, and Coffee Shop operations during peak service periods, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while supporting and guiding associates. Collaborating closely with senior F&B leadership, the Manager plays a vital role in fostering a cohesive team and driving operational excellence.


Salary: $60K - $70K


Responsibilities:

  • Lead pre-shift and departmental meetings for designated areas.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for both new hires and existing staff.
  • Effectively prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards.
  • Support recruitment, staffing, performance management, payroll, and scheduling processes.
  • Provide real-time feedback and coaching to associates.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment by setting high standards and leading by example.
  • Clearly communicate job expectations and responsibilities to employees.
  • Build positive relationships with guests to promote services and enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures among staff.
  • Understand and execute emergency protocols as needed.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: College degree or equivalent; BASSET Certification and Food Handler Certification required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar Hotel F&B management role; luxury hotel experience preferred. Proficiency in Micros Simphony is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational skills, proactive and self-motivated, and proficient in Micros.
  • Schedule: Open availability with flexibility to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
